5. Intellectual Property

Branding, Logos & Graphic Designs: All logos, graphic designs, branding, and visual materials associated with Navigating Family Court are the property of Design Print Shop LTD. No person or organisation may use, reproduce, adapt, or distribute these materials without prior written permission from Design Print Shop LTD.

Participants, volunteers, staff, or other third parties may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share any part of the course whether audio, visual, or written without prior written permission from the Provider.
Only formally approved facilitators may deliver the course or use course materials, and strictly only under the terms of a written agreement with the Provider.
Breach of this confidentiality may result in legal action.
